Service Description

OnPoint Hail Solutions ("OnPoint Hail," "we," "us," or "our") provides paintless dent repair (PDR) services for vehicles damaged by hail storms. We offer free inspections, insurance claim coordination, and professional repairs through mobile and shop-based locations.

SMS Program Description

Customers who provide their phone number through our website, phone, or in-person may receive text messages including appointment confirmations, inspection reminders, repair status updates, and review requests.

Message Frequency

A typical customer receives 4-8 messages over the course of their repair. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OnPoint Hail Solutions is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled repair appointments — we will contact you by phone instead.

Carrier Information

SMS messages are sent via Twilio. Supported carriers include all major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Inspection and Repair

Hail damage inspections are provided at no cost. Repair estimates and timelines are provided after inspection and may vary based on damage severity, parts availability, and insurance authorization.

Insurance Coordination

We coordinate directly with your insurance company on your behalf. You are responsible for your insurance deductible as determined by your policy. OnPoint Hail Solutions does not guarantee insurance approval or any specific payout amount.

Limitation of Liability

OnPoint Hail Solutions provides repair services on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for delays caused by insurance companies, parts suppliers, or weather events.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
